How to Request Account Deletion

Follow these steps to request deletion of your account and personal data:

1. Open The Initiators app on your device.
2. Go to your Profile and note your registered email address.
3. Send an email to ahmedbhatti909@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account".
4. Include your registered email in the email body so we can locate your account.

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted.

What Gets Deleted

The following data will be permanently deleted from our servers:

• Account information: name, email, password, phone number
• Profile data: avatar/photo, bio, city, school
• Academic data: board selection, class level, enrolled subjects
• Learning data: lecture progress, quiz attempts and scores, activity logs
• Referral data: referral code, referral count, referral savings balance
• Subscription data: subscription status, premium access, drip content allowance
• Communications: all chat messages sent and received
• Notifications: all in-app notifications
• Badges: all earned badges and gamification data
• Enrollments: all course enrollments

What We Keep (Legal Requirement)

The following data is retained for 7 years as required by Pakistani tax and accounting regulations:

• Payment records: transaction amount, date, status, and payment method
• Payment screenshots: uploaded proof of payment for transaction verification

This data is stored securely and is only accessed for legal, accounting, or audit purposes. It cannot be linked back to your personal profile after account deletion.
